With wet ARMD even macular degeneration supplements won't work and blood vessels in your eyes grow underneath the macula, where the rods and cones that process light are stored. As more blood vessels grow, they are going to interfere with your body's ability to get nutrients to the macula, which will make your rods and cones start to deteriorate.
